CXPJ – 300 Ultrasonic Wave Bottle Washer is a glass bottle washing machine for antibiotic and oral liquids. It is adopted the “emptying bag” action of which is advanced un-contacting popularing in internation and the ultrasonic used. The strong shock wave was produced to fell off the sticked dust from the glass bottle ampoule. It is not only reach the cleaning goal and also can smash the various virus, microorganism in the bottles. In this case, the goal of washing, sterilize has been completed.

The machine use import frequency modulation. Productive forces can be controlled. The attaching parts between machines with vials are made of 1Gr18Ni9Ti stainless steel. The works of the ultrasonic clean in inner and outer of bottles, dewatering, spurt air, drying will be realized automatic. These cleaned bottles are accordance with the GMP requirements compley.
