More than 12 years ago Diebold started its ShrinkFit technology when presenting the first contact shrink unit, a milestone in modern ShrinkFit technology. Then we developed Inductive Shrink units and today we offer 10 different leading edge technology inductive ShrinkFit units. Another very popular product is our patented chiller unit FKS 03, for flexible cool-down of hot tools after the inductive shrink process.

	ISG 2200 Inductive shrink unit with an integrated air cooling system  ISG 2200 inductive shrink unit is capable of shrinking carbide tools of diameter  Ø 3 – 20 mm for carbide shanks Ø 6 – 20 mm for standard high- speed steel tools. The coil is moved over the ShrinkFit holder manually. It clamps automatically and after the ShrinkFit process it moves back to its home position. A chiller vent is installed in the base unit.
	ISG 2202 Inductive shrink unit ISG 2200 inductive shrink unit is capable of shrinking carbide tools of diameter: Ø 3 – 20 mm for carbide shanks Ø 6 – 20 mm for HSS shanks The Inductive Shrink Unit that takes advantage of the capabilities of the chiller unit FKS 03. The ISG 2202 does not have air vents as does the ISG 2200. It is designed to be used in conjunction with our chiller unit FKS 03.
