自動開囊取粉機是一臺將已充填藥粉但不合格的硬膠囊進行剔帽自動分離，對膠囊內的藥粉、顆粒進行回收的機器。

自動開囊取料機適用于將已充填粉但不合格的硬膠囊進行剔帽自動分離，對膠囊內的藥粉進行回收。適用于對00#~4#膠囊進行藥物回收工作。既時發現，既時處理。避免了已往在集中處理時藥物混批問題。

KNQ-800A 自動開囊取料機特點：

（1）本機符合GMP規范，工作效率高；

（2）本機采用模擬人工拔囊原理進行設計，可以避免其他類似設備利用刀切原理易產生膠囊碎片的弊端；

從充填膠囊導槽進入膠囊，被水平分離裝置推入分叉并隨著膠囊逐漸向前移動，分離刀片的分離裝置卡在膠囊體上，膠囊的帽蓋兩端有刀片。形成沿外片型軌跡向前，直至囊體、帽蓋*分離。

Work Principle
