設備特點

1、節能效益，按WZF-1000型計算，年節約蒸汽1500噸左右，節約水7萬噸左右，節約電6萬度左右，折人民幣7－10萬元。（與單效對比）。

2、本濃縮器采用負壓外加熱自然型循環式的蒸發方式，蒸發速度快，濃縮器相比重大，可達1.2－1.35（一般中藥浸膏）。

3、本濃縮器采用二效同時蒸發，二次蒸汽得到使用，耗能總量與單效濃縮器相比降低50%，一年的節能費可收回本濃縮的全部投資。

4、多功能操作特點：

5、本濃縮器與物料接觸部位均采用不銹鋼制作，符合GMP要求標準。外形美觀。加熱器、蒸發器均設有保溫層，保溫層外用不銹鋼薄板制作外殼，表面做鏡面或亞光處理。

主要用途

本濃縮器適用于中藥、西藥、淀粉糖、食乳品等液料的濃縮，尤其適用于熱敏性物料的低溫真空濃縮。
