2、由于濃縮的二次蒸汽作提取的熱源，抽入濃縮器的提取液與濃縮同溫度，可節約50%以上的蒸汽，熱損耗非常少。

3、溶劑投入量減少，提取罐藥材只需加一次溶劑，在一套密封設備內循環使用，藥渣和藥液中的溶劑基本上都能回收出來（損耗率在5%以下），所以溶劑用量少、消耗低，生產成本大幅下降。

4、收膏率比傳統工藝可提高10%-15%，藥效成分含量成倍提高。因一次性注入的溶劑能實現大回流循環，使藥材中溶質濃度和溶劑中溶質濃度始終保持很高的梯度。所以藥材中的溶質快速溶出。收膏及有效成份收率均有較明顯增加，為藥品定性定量鑒定奠定良好基礎。
