Working principle
超聲波旋振篩是在原有旋振篩的基礎上,在篩網上附加超聲波振動儀,該儀器產生的高頻機械波,使超微細粉體接受巨大的超聲加速度,從而抑制粘附、摩擦、平降、楔入等堵網因素,提高篩分效率和清網效率。
該設備的特點是可有效的改善低密度粉在重力沉降中的平降(粉末與網口輕接觸)、滑移效應,改善高密度金屬在網口滯留或楔入,改善帶靜電粉體的粘附效應,從而提高篩分效率和篩分質量。用篩分通過率表示,般情況下比不加超聲振動篩増加通過率50%-99%,個別情況下増加通過率400%。

The giant ultrasonic acceleration restrains blockage factors which includes adhesion, friction wedging etc and improves sieving and cleaning efficiency.
