◆ 設備簡介     

本機可將鹽水及輔料配制的腌漬劑均勻的注射到肉塊中，縮短了腌漬時間，大大提高了肉制品的柔軟味鮮又能增加出口率口味。本機設計嚴謹 ，結構合理，操作簡便。

◆ 設備特點     

一、采用雙氣缸為動力器，壓縮空氣為動力源，上下運動、輸送帶前移運動均采用氣動結構，當針架向上升到頂點時，觸動接近開關，滑閥換位輸送帶氣缸起動，推動輸送帶前移，當輸送機構氣缸活塞桿伸足時，觸動針架磁閥換向開關，電磁閥通電換向，使針架氣缸向下推動。針頭插入肉塊進行注射，此時注射泵正常工作，針和輸送帶都處于延時狀態。

二、通過時間繼電器，設定注釋時間（延時時間的設定可按產品不同類型、不同需求、不同要求、注射量而定），一般延時在5—6秒時注射率可達25—36%，延時時間設定可在3—15秒之間可調，延時時間到電磁閥復位，針架氣缸向上回升針頭離開肉塊。

三、輸送帶向前推移，注射后的肉塊經輸送帶送入前方容器內。如此往復，循環工作。

四、本機供液系統采用中壓大流量供液泵。為方便清洗本機采用主機和水箱分離結構。

五、本機設有自動保護針頭裝置，注射針碰到硬物時，注射針會隨之抬起，免受損壞。

　　可根據針頭的設計，注射不同的產品，單針單管可進行帶骨注射。

2, through the time relay, set annotation time (delay time setting can be in accordance with the requirements of different types, different needs, different products, injection volume and decide), average delay in 5-6 seconds when the injection rate can be up to 25-   36%,   delay time setting can be adjustable between   3   to 15 seconds, delay time to reset electromagnetic valve, needle cylinder upward rebound needles left the meat.

3. The conveyor belt moves forward, and the meat after injection is sent into the container in front by the conveyor belt. And so on and so forth.

4. The liquid supply system of the machine adopts medium pressure and large flow liquid supply pump. In order to facilitate cleaning, the machine adopts separate structure of main engine and water tank.

5. The machine is equipped with automatic protection needle device, when the injection needle touches hard object, the injection needle will be lifted accordingly to avoid damage.

According to the design of the needle, injection of different products, single needle single tube can be bone injection.
