肝素-羅丹明是一種熒光肝素多糖。肝素用羅丹明(Ex/Em波長552/575nm)官能化。
肝素是碳水化合物糖胺聚糖家族的一員(包括密切相關的硫酸乙酰肝素分子),由可變硫酸化的重復二糖單元組成。肝素是一種抗凝血劑和抗血栓藥物,具有抗腫瘤、抗炎和抗病毒的藥理活性。
