工作原理
氣動(dòng)雙隔膜泵采用壓縮空氣、氮?dú)饣蛱烊粴庾鳛閯?dòng)力。主定向（氣動(dòng)）控制閥將壓縮空氣分配至氣體腔室，向隔膜的內(nèi)表面上施加均勻壓力。同時(shí)排出的氣體從泵另一側(cè)后方通過氣閥組件導(dǎo)向端口排出。氣動(dòng)雙隔膜泵內(nèi)腔氣體壓力超過液體腔壓力，隔膜連桿來回移動(dòng)，在一側(cè)進(jìn)行排放，在另一側(cè)進(jìn)行吸入。排放和吸入液體的方向由止回閥（球閥或片狀閥）的方向控制。吸入行程使泵執(zhí)行吸入。吸入行程可降低艙室壓力，增加腔室體積。從而生成大氣壓力壓差，推動(dòng)液體經(jīng)過吸入管道，穿過吸入側(cè)止回閥，流入外部液體腔。吸入側(cè)行程還可啟動(dòng)泵的往復(fù)（移位、行程或循環(huán)）運(yùn)動(dòng)。氣動(dòng)雙隔膜泵通過行程機(jī)械拉動(dòng)吸入隔膜的移動(dòng)氣動(dòng)雙隔膜泵的內(nèi)板與對準(zhǔn)的驅(qū)動(dòng)柱塞發(fā)生接觸，移動(dòng)導(dǎo)向閥芯。導(dǎo)向閥激活后，便向主定向氣閥的另一端發(fā)出壓力信號，氣動(dòng)雙隔膜泵使壓縮空氣方向改向內(nèi)部腔室的另一側(cè)如此反復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)完成介質(zhì)的連續(xù)輸送。
