本設備適用于中藥、西藥、葡萄糖、淀粉糖、口服液、化工、食品、味精、乳品等熱敏性物料的低溫真空濃濃縮,用戶可根據濃縮量來選用技術參數中系統濃縮器。
This equipment is suitable for low temperature vaccum concentration of heat-sensitive materials such as Chinese medicine,west medicine, glucose,wine,starch,oral solution,foodstuffs,monosodium glutamate,dairy product. You choose different concentrator according to different concentrating requirment .
特點與效益:
1、 節能效益,按WZ1000型計算,一年節約蒸氣約3500噸,冷卻水9萬噸,節約電8萬多度,折合人民幣10-15萬元(與同規格的單效相比)。
2、 本濃縮器采用二效同時蒸汽,二次蒸汽得到充分利用既節約能耗,能耗與單效濃縮器相比降低50%。
3、 本設備采用外加熱自然型循環式與真空負壓蒸發方式,蒸發速度快,濃縮比重大。液料在全封閉中無泡沫濃縮,用本設備濃縮出來的藥液具有無污染,藥味濃。清洗方便(打開加熱器的上蓋即可)。
4、 本設備與藥液接觸部位均采用Ocr18Ni9不銹鋼制成,符合GMP標準。加熱器,蒸發器外加保溫,保溫外層用花紋不銹鋼薄板,設備在車間顯得豪華美觀。
