全自動雙輥水丸機（Automatic double roll water pill machine）產品信息

主要用途：

ZWJ-Z型全自動雙輥水丸機可生產蜜丸、濃縮丸、水蜜丸、水丸等各種制丸劑。它體積小、耗能低、效率高、噪音小、無污染，操作簡單，安全可靠。制成的藥丸均勻美觀，特別適用于小型藥廠、大中型藥廠試制室、中醫藥研究所、醫院、私人診所、中藥店、名貴滋補品現場加工銷售點。整機采用不銹鋼制作，符合GMP標準。

工作原理：

將混合、煉制均勻的藥料膏坨送入制丸機料斗中，通過翻板翻轉擠壓，在推進器的作用下，藥條由側面料嘴擠出。當藥條到達一定長度時，由自動切刀切斷，再由分配器以每秒一次的速度將藥條送入搓滾。通過任意調節制條速度和撥條速度控制藥條長短，操作簡便。

技術特點：

1. 結構緊湊、性能穩定、噪音低、操作簡便，。維修清洗方便，生產效率高，整體采用不銹鋼制造，符合GMP認證要求。

2. 對丸徑規格不同的藥丸只需更換搓輥即可。
