詳細介紹：*以來，膠囊充填套裝，多采用手工膠囊板，須先逐個將裝粉膠囊殼插入孔內，裝滿藥粉后再逐個戴好帽蓋，這種方法勞動強度大，效率低，但由于手工膠囊板價格低廉，對于小批量生產的診所、藥店、制劑室、家庭還是適合的。

　　對于中、大批量生產的單位，有的采用全自動膠囊充填套裝，雖然充填套裝速度快，但有兩個缺點是難以克服的：一是全自動機器對膠囊殼尺寸要求極為嚴格，不能適用于普通模制膠囊殼。普通模制膠囊殼外徑、長短尺寸差異較大，用于全自動機器時，容易出現空孔、漏粉、變形，甚至卡機；如預先篩選膠囊殼，則膠囊殼利用率大大降低，以至一些單位雖花費昂貴代價購買了全自動機器，到后來不得已還得保留原來的生產方式。二是價格昂貴。全自動機器每臺起碼在10萬元以上，甚至高達20多萬元，且維修費用大，配件要求嚴格。因此許多中小型單位只能望機興嘆，不敢問津。

　　我廠成功解決了這個難題。JCT型膠囊充填機，吸收了全自動機器優點，并盡量減少一些復雜機構，對于成本較大而效果不明顯的地方，改為手動。本機價格僅為全自動的10-20分之一，更重要的是，充填速度較快，尺寸差異較大的普通模制膠囊殼也能全部使用。

　　本機將裝粉膠囊殼整理、膠囊帽蓋整理、膠囊套裝合為一體，緊湊方便。本機既適合于中小型藥廠，保健品廠、醫院、診所的小中批量生產，如2-3臺同時使用，又能適合大批量生產。本機為全國*，已申請，在外省無代理，請用戶注意.

操作步驟：

1、按下“電源開關”中的綠色按鈕，電源接通。

2、緩慢調節“振動強弱調節旋鈕”，順時針方向旋轉，此時與“振動支架”聯為一體的整理盤開始振動，用手能摸整理盤，憑感覺調整到一定振蕩強度。

3、將裝粉膠囊殼放入“裝粉膠囊殼整理盤”內，每次約放300粒左右。將膠囊帽蓋放入“膠囊帽蓋整理盤”內，每次約300粒左右。整理盤用有機玻璃板制作。上面鉆有

許多上大下小漏斗型的圓孔，圓孔直徑與膠囊號碼直徑相適應。

4、約30秒鐘，裝粉膠囊和膠囊帽蓋即掉入圓孔中，開口朝上。如遇個別開口朝下時，可用膠囊帽蓋向下輕輕壓套，即可輕松套出。

5、水平手持裝粉膠囊殼接板（圖中末畫出，已隨機準備好，接板中有圓孔），在整理盤下部住里輕輕一推，整理盤中的裝粉膠囊殼就會往下掉入接板圓孔中，取出接板，同樣的方法，用膠囊帽蓋接板取出膠囊帽蓋。

6、可預先準備一個底面積為500*500mm2，四邊高約10mm的藥粉方盤，內裝藥粉，將裝粉膠囊殼接板平放在藥粉方盤中。將隨機配的有機玻璃框罩在裝粉膠囊接板上，

用小撮斗鏟藥粉放入框內，用框邊一刮，即可裝滿藥粉，并把多余藥粉刮掉。

7、用隨機配的膠囊帽蓋套裝板（圖中末畫出，套裝板上有圓孔），放在膠囊帽蓋接板 上，有對位孔，很容易放置。翻轉膠囊帽蓋接板，使膠囊開口朝下，套在已裝好藥粉的裝粉膠囊殼接板上，也有對位孔，很容易套合。

8、 將已套合的膠囊板放入“膠囊戴帽成型板”下面的空腔中，用手向下扳動“壓桿”并到位，無須當心用力過大，因為有定位機構控制下壓高度。取出套合膠囊板，倒出膠囊即可。
