維修與保養 Repair and maintenance

1.應在3-6個月內定期將波紋阻火層拆下，清洗干凈，保證阻火層上的每個孔暢通，防止堵塞，確保安全正常使用。

2.定期檢查通氣正、負閥盤動作是否靈活，導桿與閥盤接觸密封有無損壞，如有損壞應立即調換。

3.在檢查維護重新安裝時，應保證閥內各結合面嚴密配合，閥盤升降靈活。

4.新閥啟動時，應在安裝前清除閥盤的防震物，否則呼吸閥將失靈。

5.因天氣潮濕風沙情況下，溫度達到零度范圍內，儲罐不可發油使用。急生產時必須先打開量油孔其它之類供氣產品，以保持儲罐安全作用。

6.呼吸閥在正常工作進油之前，必須先打開量油孔。

(6) Breathing valve work properly into the oil, you must first open the amount of hole.
