簡要說明 Descriptive Abstract

該設備是我公司在粉末罐裝領域長期實踐的基礎上，摒棄原有轉盤式喂罐設計理念，而全新設計的一款雙工位罐裝機。單排主輔雙頭充填系統和的喂罐系統，保證了高精度同時又去除了轉盤式系統清洗不便的缺點。主要完成高精度充填計量工作。可與其它設備配套組成整套罐裝流水線，適用于罐裝奶粉、蛋白粉、雞粉、葡萄糖、米粉、可可粉、固體飲料等。

This series machine is a newly designed type, which replaces the design of old rotary type auger filler but adopt new concept on its working principle. This machine has two times filling and innovated can feeding system, these guarante the precise filling accuracy, and also get rid of the disadvantange of difficult cleaning of old rotary type. This machine can combine with other machines to buildup a whole can-packing production line, which is widely used in packing products of milk powder, albumen powder, condiment powder, flour, cocoa powder, solid drinks, and so on.

11.工作流程：進罐→托罐→振動→計量充填→振動→振動→稱重反饋→補充填→檢重、超差剔除→出罐；

12.帶整線控制系統。
