工作原理：
物料被定量加入分級機下部的分散腔內，在補風氣流的吹掃作用下得到初步分散，同時在負壓作用下上升，進入到上部分級腔內，在高速旋轉的分級輪處得到進一步分散，隨后接受高速分級輪的篩選，合格細粉會通過分級輪繼而通過管道進入后道收塵設備（旋風分離器、布袋除塵器等），較粗的顆粒將沿筒壁而下，從最下端被卸出。
