FL系列沸騰制粒機是利用流化床加噴霧進行制粒的設備，廣泛用于制藥行業的顆粒生產工序。按每批生產量定義型號，如每批生產3Kg的定義為FL3型，每批生產120Kg的定義為FL120型。成品粒度約為Ø1.13-Ø1.73mm，加熱溫度一般為室溫，不超過100ºC。圖示為式樣各異的FL120型沸騰制粒機。
