臥式螺帶式混合機是一種常用的工業(yè)混合設備，適用于粉狀、顆粒狀和纖維狀物料的混合和均勻化。它采用水平放置的結構，主要由機身、傳動裝置、攪拌裝置、進料口、排料口等組成。
廣泛應用于化工、制藥、食品、冶金等行業(yè)。它可用于混合干粉、顆粒狀物料，如化肥、染料、農藥、藥品原料等；也可用于混合濕潤的物料，如飼料、糊狀材料等。由于其優(yōu)良的混合效果和均勻性，臥式螺帶式混合機在工業(yè)生產中得到了廣泛應用。

工作原理如下：利用內外螺旋葉片的旋轉來實現物料的混合。內螺旋葉片將物料從兩側抬起，向中心推進；而外螺旋葉片則將物料從中心抬起，向兩側推進。通過不斷重復這個過程，物料在混合機內得到充分的攪拌和混合，從而達到均勻混合的效果。
WLDH型臥式螺帶式混合機特點(Brief)：
1、主要用于制藥、化工、食品等行業(yè)的混合。

2、適用于干顆粒、粉末和粘稠物料的混合，適合大中批量生產。
Suitable to blend dry granules, powders or pasty materials; suit to large or medium scale production.
3、不銹鋼制作，二層螺旋槳葉連續(xù)旋轉混合，外層螺旋將物料從兩側向中匯集，內層螺旋將物料從中向兩側分流，使物料在混合槽內形成對流混合，從而達到高均勻度混合效果。
The machine is made with stainless steel. Two strip screw type paddle rotate continuously to blend the materials. The external screw gathers the materials inwards while the internal screw disperses the materials outwards with convective mixing inside the cavity to realize high uniformity mixed materials.
4、本機根據要求可配有加熱和噴霧功能。
Heating and spray system is configurable upon request.
